I had just sold my fifth wheel trailer and needed a place to stay,me and my family for about two weeks until my place was ready. So we found the Royal Motel had great rates and the rooms were just renovated. The management and staff were so friendly and helpful and their maintenance man Don even helped with our luggage. The rooms were so clean and bright , we had a wonderful experience. We recommend to all that if your coming through Tracy,CA and need a room for the night then check out the Royal Motel. It gets a 5⭐from me.
Rooms and very clean they have 700 channels very peaceful all the staff were very friendly. Places to eat out at all four corners. Very nicely located. Would I consider staying here again yes I would.

The room was nice but when I put the room service sign up no one cleaned the room. The towels were dirty and there was old food in fridge from previous person. Would go again if room service was better. The desk staff are very friendly.
Rooms are very nice,clean and come with extra devices charging. Great spot to rest of enjoy the spots in close proximity. Staffing is great and actually care.

Not that bad for being a cheap motel. but I did find glass on the floor from a dope pipe from Tweakers having a pipe fight apperantly. lol.
First I like to begin by saying thank you for the great customer service was very helpful and kind . The rooms was nice and clean and very comfortable. I've also like to compliment on the bed , very comfy and no complaints at all . The price we paid to stay was very great and I truly am impressed with our overall stay. I definitely will refer a friend or relative to stay at the Royal Motel Tracy. Thank u again and we will soon be back for another stay. Many Blessings to the staff and management . I give a rate overall of ( 5 stars ).
Extremely nice owners. Worked diligently to accommodate anything we wanted. Owners could be a little more diligent in making sure all equipment worked before renting the room.
